Episode Quotes

(Merton is facing his worst fear: a movie monster)
Merton: I read an article about you in Fangoria. Your teeth are made out of rubber.
(Merton gets a good look at the monster's teeth as it bares them, and he screams)
Merton: Very sharp!

Merton: This is weird, I saw two other kids acting like this in the nurse's office last period.
Lori: What were you doing in the nurse's office?
Merton: Faking an asthma attack to get out of gym.

Merton: You're a pony person!?
Tommy: Oh, yeah, Tori gave it to me. You know, because we both love ponies.
Merton: Excuse me...
(Merton turns around and begins to talk about himself in third-person)
Merton: Merton searches his entire life experience for the appropriate response to that statement.
(Merton turns back to Tommy)
Merton: I got nothing.
