Orac is a computer or Artificial Intelligence; the brain child and creation of the brilliant scientist, Ensor. Ensor was the creator of the computer systems now used throughout the Federation, and Ensor endowed Orac with the ability to pull information directly from all these system, regardless of security blocks.
Orac is temperamental, short tempered, sarcastic and often disingenuous with its responses to questions put to it, but is a critical asset to the Liberator and crew. |
