While Blake was a true idealist, Avon was a person with pure self interest at heart. In my opinion, Avon’s point of view won out in the shows plot line. Blake’s do-gooder philosophy put the crew in great harm without there being a great reward vs. Avon’s philosophy that, yes, put them in harms way, but with the possibility of receiving great rewards.
Anyway, that’s my take on it. I preferred the second two years over the first two. Avon RULES!!! |
