Going Bonkers: Popular toon actor Bonkers D. Bobcat gets fired when his show is cancelled. By accident he saves Donald Duck from a mugger, produces an impression on the Chief of Police and gets enrolled in the newly formed Toon Division of the Hollywood Police Department. Bonkers teams up with Lucky Piquel, a morose grumpy human who dislikes toons and is not at all happy to have Bonkers as a partner. Their first case deals with the missing toon actor Bubba Bear.
Gone Bonkers: The Bubba Bear case is still open. What is more, Fall Apart Rabbit and other Wackytoons actors have disappeared, too. Lucky doesn't want to listen to Bonkers' hypothesis that seems absurd, but when Bonkers falls into the same trap as the other toons, Piquel realizes that his partner was right. Now it's up to Lucky to rescue Bonkers and his friends from the clutches of The Collector, a lunatic who kidnaps toons for his private collection.
Someone has robbed Mad Hatter and March Hare. Lucky, who is getting ready for the upcoming inspection, doesn't feel like investigating the case of missing spoons and teacups, but the wave of robberies quickly spreads around the city, and the thief does not confine himself to teacups anymore.
Two crooks are selling a dangerous substance on the pretext of cheap bath foam. This foam makes toons invisible, and the crooks are planning to extort money for the antidote. Meanwhile, Bonkers accidentally gets Lucky fired. Now the toon has to help his partner catch the crooks and get his job back, which is not easy, since he's turned invisible due to the foam...
Lucky catches toon flu and turns into a worm-sized toon. If Bonkers and Fall Apart don't find the cure in less than three days, Lucky will remain a toon forever!
Skunky Skunk disappears right during his show. It upsets Marilyn: she was just about to invite her favorite comedian to her birthday party as a special guest. Lucky and Bonkers promise Marilyn to find Skunky, but during the investigation they discover that the skunk could be in hiding after a murder.
Toon tow truck Ma Parker is so nice and caring that Lucky is about to change his attitude towards toons. However, she turns out to be less altruistic than it seemed…
A crazy toon bomb is terrorizing Hollywood by exploding himself in public. To catch and disarm him, Bonkers recruits Fall Apart Rabbit as the explosives expert, particularly since the rabbit can literally fall apart without injury. The only deficiency that prevents Fall Apart from becoming an excellent bomb expert is his incredible obtuseness.
Someone has robbed a jewellery shop. At the scene of crime Lucky spots Hubert, a giant toon chicken with the mind of a baby, busts him and rejoices at closing the case. Bonkers tries to convince Piquel that Hubert is innocent, but circumstances take such a turn that Lucky begins to suspect his own partner of participation in the robberies.
Three pigs accuse the Mean Old Wolf of blowing down their houses. However, real life differs from the tale: the Wolf turns out to be not the Big Bad Wolf and apparently not so mean, and the pigs, who are actually Three Big Pigs, are not helpless victims.
A polite but clumsy hamster Tiny discomforts Lucky while hiding from a mysterious shadower in his house.
A wolf kidnaps toons and uses them as stuffing for toy sheep. During the investigation Bonkers gets captured, too.
Pops Clock, the Keeper of Toon Time, gets infuriated by the toons' ingratitude. He distorts time, wrecking the toons' rhythm of life.
Bonkers' behavior annoys Lucky so much that all he wants is to get rid of the partner by any means. This is why Piquel is so glad to receive a notification that all toon officers must report to the Police Academy for a two-week course. One significant detail escapes Lucky's attention: Bonkers is the only toon officer in Hollywood. The whole Police Academy thing is a trap for the toon cop, because there is one person who wishes to get rid of Bonkers even more than Lucky does!
Bonkers and Lucky try to reform the shaggy toon monster Louse and to break him of the habit of eating everything in sight.
A group of aliens is planning to take over Earth. They send out young cadet Quark on reconnaissance. However, people mistake the fuzzy green alien for a toon and don't take him seriously. What is more, on getting acquainted with Bonkers Quark changes his attitude to earthlings and even tries to talk the aliens out of invasion.
Max Coody gets released from prison and is up to meet the cop who busted him twenty years ago - Lucky Piquel.
The Piquel residence seems to have been haunted by a poltergeist - or, judging by his behaviour, a poltertoon. The most experienced ghostbusters in the world, aka Bonkers and Fall Apart, set about getting rid of the intruder, before Chief Kanifky, who has fished for an invitation, comes to dinner.
Lucky decides to lose weight, but being on a diet is not easy, especially when investigating the case of explosions in the bakeries.
The block consists of 4 independent short episodes which are not related to the Bonkers universe. Three of them are from the He's Bonkers series; the fourth one is a filler created later.
Ski Patrol: Bonkers and Jitters work as ambulance drivers at a ski resort; Fawn Deer is a nurse. When Grumbles breaks his leg on the slopes, Bonkers and Jitters are to take him to the hospital.
Bonkers in Space: The action is set in the nearest future at a space station where Bonkers and Jitters work at a shuttle-wash owned by Grumbles. While Bonkers is flirting with Fawn, his partner gets cast into open space.
The Rubber Room Song is an animated musical videoclip featuring The Bully Boys and their trademark song.
Draining Cats and Dogs: This time Bonkers and Jitters work as plumbers; Grumbles is their severe boss. The two pals are to help Fawn whose house has been flooded due to broken water pipes.
Bonkers and Lucky find out that popular singer Julio Calamari is a cheater: during the concert he only opens his mouth, while the songs are performed by a toon pig named Charlie who is kept prisoner under Calamari's throne. Now they've got to explain the situation to Dyl, who has just received an invitation to dinner from her idol.
Hollywood is terrorized by Fireball Frank, an explosives expert. Lucky discovers his hideout and apparently gets killed in an explosion. Bonkers teams up with Miranda to get the murderer.
Miranda catches Lilith DuPrave red-handed when she is printing counterfeit money in her printing-office. DuPrave manages to burn the evidences, but Miranda can still testify against her at the trial. Now Miranda's life is in danger, because Lilith and her bodyguard Mr. Blackenblue are trying to get rid of the only witness. Miranda hides out in Bonkers' mansion. Bonkers and his friends are doing their best for Miranda to feel comfortable, but keep messing things up. Meanwhile, Mr. Blackenblue breaks into Miranda's house and notices a clue to her current whereabouts: a photo of Miranda and Bonkers...
Toon sheep Baabra differs from the other sheep that toons count to fall asleep faster. She becomes aware of herself as a personality and rebels against jumping over the fence night after night. Baabra wants to live a full life, to watch dreams, like all toons do; but since she does not have her own dreams, she steals them from Bonkers, depriving him of sleep, and therefore, of toon energy. Professor von Drake's dream projector is supposed to pull Baabra out into the real world, but instead it lets her into other people's dreams. Bonkers must find a way to follow the sheep and make her return the dreams she has stolen.
Roderick Lizzard has worked hard to get a role in a "real" movie (with humans). His main rival Crunchy Potato Chip has less talent but more meanness, and Roderick finds himself in jail accused of arson. Bonkers is sure that his friend is innocent and must find a way to show Crunchy up in his true colors and to clear Roderick's name.
Bonkers meets his old passion Katya Legs-go-on-a-lot, a beautiful but treacherous cat-girl. Toon gangster Flaps the Elephant has hired her to rob Al Vermin of a certain rare item. Being pursued by Vermin, Katya asks Bonkers to help her. Love turns Bonkers' head, and he agrees. But he doesn't realize what he has gotten involved into!
Bonkers takes part in the "Love Corral" dating show to investigate the kidnapping of its participants and to make acquaintance with Rita, the human girl who caught his fancy. However, Rita, sitting behind the folding screen, does not as yet know that "Love Desperado #3" is a toon.
Toon elephant Flaps and the trio of toon mice steal Dumbo's Flag from the museum. On escaping from the police, they decide to split, and Flaps gets busted, while his accomplices with the Flag wind up at the steps of Bonkers' house. Unaware of their criminal nature, Bonkers adopts the mice as pets.
When The Pitts and Smarts Show is cancelled, toon pit bull Pitts attempts to rob the bank holding the show's account. When the police try to stop him, he holds Miranda and Grating hostage. Bonkers conducts negotiations, toon to toon.
The key clue to Barbarian Barlow's treasure is at the 29th page of a certain book. Al Vermin and his gang start tearing all books in Hollywood, including recipe books, medical encyclopedias, flight schedules and Bonkers's notebook with his poetry.
On his visit to Wackytoon Studios, Sergeant Grating gets locked in a closet by Bucky Buzzsaw who wants to teach the toon-hater a lesson. Grating gets out of the closet only to find himself in the unpleasant sets of the studio - including the winter night, the torrid desert and the surreal Stage 13. Meanwhile, his sworn enemy Wild Man Wyatt breaks out of jail and arrives at Wackytoons to take revenge.
The Mayor demotes Chief Kanifky to the Toon Division. Lucky and Bonkers are trying to help Kanifky restore his rank, mainly because having him as a partner is a big nuisance.
Mickey Mouse- err, sorry, THE Mouse, gets kidnapped and replaced by a fat guy in a cheap rat suit. No one notices the substitution, except for Bonkers, who has always been a fan of The Mouse and knows what his idol looks like and sounds like. Lucky keeps convincing his partner that everything's OK, and the toon cop starts his own investigation.
While Lucky investigates the case of tourist robberies, Bonkers is trying to help Alto the toon saxophone find his missing brother Mac the double bass. These two cases turn out to be connected.
Mammoth Mammoth who used to play superheroes in cartoons suddenly realizes that he has got no super powers: his strength, laser tusks and other abilities were nothing but special effects. Feeling offended, Mammoth Mammoth leaves the studio and goes on a crime spree. It's up to Bonkers and Lucky to save the movie director from the wrath of the "wooly bully".
Bonkers loses a valuable piece of evidence and suspects virtually everyone of stealing it.

Spatula Party: Bonkers rushes around the town trying to find a spatula for his new neighbor Fawn Deer.
Sheerluck Bonkers: Somewhere in Victorian era, detective Sheerluck Bonkers tries to find out who has stolen Princess Fawn's pendant.
Two malicious (and therefore, faded) toons kidnap other toons, including Bonkers, and attempt to steal color from them in order to colorize themselves. Lucky will have to become a bit toonish himself to rescue his partner.
Lucky has promised his daughter to take her to an amusement park, but he's been so busy that he has to break the promise. Marilyn is upset and feels neglected by her dad.
Then Piquel is asked to substitute Grandpa Arnie (a comedian in an ant suit) at his show. On coming home (still dressed as the ant), Lucky is disappointed to find out that Marilyn would rather go to the park with Arnie than with her own father.
Three mod youngsters try to oust a trio of veteran cereal spokestoons. They frame Snap, Sniffle, and Flop for stealing cereal box prizes.
This block of cartoons comprises two He's Bonkers! shorts, the first cartoon featuring Bonkers and one relatively new cartoon which serves as a filler.
Petal to the Metal: Bonkers is to deliver flowers to Fawn Deer but experiences problems with public transportation.

Dogzapoppin': Bonkers is to deliver an important package to Grumbles, but the grizzly's dog doesn't let him approach the house.

Lucky wants to become a horror writer. Bonkers offers him to seek inspiration in an old hotel in the mountains and sends Fall Apart to the same hotel so that the rabbit would inspire Lucky by imitating a poltergeist. However, looks like the hotel already has its own ghost.
A toon masked bandit robs a grocery store. While chasing him, Bonkers experiences déjà vu: they have already done this in his cartoon entitled "Toon with No Name". Of course Lucky doesn't listen to Bonkers and prefers to think this is just a coincidence, but then Toots gets kidnapped, just like in that movie. Looks like someone is trying to bring the movie into reality.
It is known that weasels love eggs. But while ordinary weasels pose hazard only to chicken houses, toon weasel Wacky steals everything from dinosaur eggs to the Fabergé Egg.
Bonkers and Lucky are to protect TV critic Charles Quibble from an assassin. Bonkers imitates his new role model, T. J. Finger from the TV series, and T. J. Finger personally comes to the Toon Division, most likely to observe how real cops work... or maybe not.

Goldijitters and the 3 Bobcats: In this spoof of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, three bobcats burst into Jitters' house, eat up his (her?) dinner, break the TV set and crush the bed.
Get Me to the Church on Time: Jitters is getting married; Bonkers is his best man. The wedding is in five minutes, the church is at the other end of the town, and the pals do not have a suitable vehicle.
Gobble Gobble Bonkers: Grumbles with his daughter Fawn and Roderick with his servant Tuttle, who have recently come from England, are about to celebrate the first Thanksgiving Day in history. Jitters offers the Pilgrims his best turkey, not realizing that she will be the dinner, not the guest. Bonkers promises his pal to save the bird.
Marilyn and her toon pencil Scribble help a toon team finish their last cartoon before their studio is demolished.
On flying over Hollywood, Santa Claus falls out of his sleigh, lands at Fall Apart's house and loses his memory on impact. The rabbit does not recognize Santa, so he does not inform anyone and goes water skiing with his new friend. Despaired of finding Santa Claus, the elves recruit Lucky as a substitute.
Toon rooster Chick and his sidekick Stew the bull pose as moviemakers and offer Lucky a role in their movie. While Lucky is busy rehearsing Hamlet's monologue, Chick and Stew rob a museum.
Toon camera Zoom and microphone Boom put Lucky in a bad light in their TV show about cops. They show him first as a clown, then as a criminal.
Fall Apart and Lucky dream of building their own theme park. They buy land from a crooked real estate agent and do not notice the fine print when signing the contract...
A toon pencil is spreading dirty graffiti all over Hollywood. Marilyn follows him and gets lost in a surreal toon world.
Bonkers and Lucky are planning a surprise party to celebrate Chief Kanifky's 40th anniversary on the force. The Chief decides that the partners are absent from work for their own needs and teams up with Fall Apart to spy on the slackers.
The more Lucky thinks of the art thief, the jumpier he gets. The more Lucky suffers from stress, the harder it will be to get the thief. Bonkers tries to help his partner relax.
Vic "Stiff Lips" Sullivan is the only gangster who knows the location of the jewels he has stolen, but the police cannot make him reveal the secret. While Miranda and Bonkers escort him to prison by train, the toon cop manages to get Stiff Lips into talk and to find out the whereabouts of the jewels. Now a couple of crooks armed with truth serum and a dental drill is trying to kidnap either Stiff Lips or Bonkers to learn the secret.
Hollywood Police have done what their Japanese colleagues couldn't: they have caught dangerous villain Z-Bot, a toon brain that can gain control over any machines. Bonkers and Miranda escort Z-Bot back to Tokyo, where he escapes while Bonkers is busy giving autographs to the fans. Now Bonkers must prove that he is more of a cop than a cartoon star and restore his reputation by defeating Z-Bot.
In this episode we learn that toon babies are produced at a factory, and storks deliver them to their parents. Lilith DuPrave kidnaps the storks and wants them to deliver contraband weapons. They cannot refuse, as she has mined their collars. Meanwhile, the baby factory gets overloaded with toon babies. Bonkers and Jitters have to act for storks: they dress up as birds, get into airships... and Jitters gets kidnapped by DuPrave who involves him into smuggling, too. Bonkers and Miranda come to the rescue.
Al Vermin tricks Cheryl Germ (a toon microbe and an actress) into infecting Bonkers, while she thinks that it is just her role in a new movie. It's up to Miranda and Professor von Drake to stop Cheryl before she causes irreversible damage to Bonkers' brain.
Gloomy, a clown who has never been able to make his audience laugh, steals von Drake's new invention that sucks humor out of toons. Of course Professor von Drake intended to use the humorizer only for refreshing the toons' sense of humor, not for taking it away permanently, but the envious clown has other plans. He robs toons of their laughter, turning them into pitiful helpless crybabies. Fortunately, the gadget has no effect on humans, so Miranda is the toons' only hope.
Dopey Ghost Dobie cannot distinguish between movies and reality. He keeps haunting an old house despite the movie he starred in is no longer being shot. When Bonkers and Miranda turn him out, the ghost starts haunting the police station. Professor von Drake's ghostbusting methods fail. Looks like only a reenactment of Dobie's old cartoon can convince him to leave.
While babysitting Miranda's nephew Timmy, Bonkers tells him the legend of two brave cowboys, Trailmix [Bonkers] and Two-Gun [Miranda], who fought Al Varmint [Al Vermin] and his gang in the Wild West town of Lawless.
All sensational stories about zombies and aliens published in the "National Trash" tabloid turn out to be real. Bonkers and Miranda soon find out that Lilith DuPrave uses magic toon typewriter Hildy to bring her fiction to life. Now the partners are chased by abominable snowmen, giant squids and carnivorous frogs... How can they survive when Lilith controls Reality?
Sergeant Grating gets hit on the head and starts thinking he is toon beaver Bucky Buzzsaw. While Bonkers and Miranda are trying to convince Chief Kanifky that Grating hasn't gone crazy, he has to bust Wild Man Wyatt while thinking and acting like a toon.
