Big Brother's Bit on the Side is Channel 5's Big Brother spin-off. It is a mixture of Channel 4 spin-off's Big Brother's Little Brother and Big Brother's Big Mouth and airs each night either on Channel 5 (Typically Monday-Friday) or 5* (Typically Saturday-Sunday).
The shows main presenter is Emma Willis who presents Monday-Friday. Alice Levine presents the weekend editions. Jamie East features throughout the week either as a panellist or co-presenter. All three are credited as presenters when they appear on the show.
Monday-Friday's show features 2 or 3 panellists discussing the latest events in the house. Weekend shows feature guests been interviewed and are focused more on the guests. The phone room is also used during this time.
Main show host Brian Dowling often appears and evicted housemates are also interviewed on the show. Old housemates are often brought into the show in regular features.
