Set during the Cold War of the 1960s, Call to Glory was a drama about military life that was headed by Air Force Colonel Raynor Sarnac who commanded a group of jet pilots. He also was involved in many of the events during the time, including the Cuban Missile Crisis and the United States involvement in Vietnam.
However, at home, he had a constantly worried wife, Vanessa and 3 children. His oldest Jackie was 15 and she was dating a young man named Patrick that Raynor despised. His two youngest, were his sons Wesley who was 14 and RH who was 8 years old.
