American Icon: Muscle Car

This Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 9/8c on Discovery Velocity (formerly Discovery HD Theater) you can catch a sneak peek of Chip Foose's new television series, "American Icon: Muscle Car".

Previously seen on television series such as Rides and Overhaulin', Chip most recently hosted the documentary series American Icon: The Hot Rod. The American Icon series continues, but this time the focus shifts from the days of early hot rodding to the evolution of the muscle car. Each episode will recall a period during the muscle-car era, beginning with the powerful hot rods and ending with the shrinking outputs during the gas crisis. (Source: Discovery Velocity)
