King Koopa does not appear in this episode.

This is the only Super Mario World episode where Kootie Pie speaks.

This episode marks the first and only appearance of the Red Koopa Troopa.

This marks the one and only starring appearance of Mama Fireplant.

After some conflict and problems with Licensing, the Koopa kids names were changed in the series. Kootie Pie and all the other Koopa's names should be the names from the Super Mario World games.
