Batman once more patrols the streets of Gotham City. with the aid of the ninja warrior Katana and his faithful butler Alfred, Batman brings justice to the likes of The Joker, The Penguin, Professor Pygg, and more treacherous forces seeking to blanket the city in their arcane menace.

1x21: Unique recap: Scientist Horace Spangle runs down an alleyway in Gotham, with two shadowy figures in pursuit. Spangle checks a news article on Bruce attending a charity dinner, and looks across to the street to where Bruce is emerging with Tatsu at his side. The two figures, dressed in red body suits and blue masks, approach Spangle and remind him of the Council’s policy on unauthorized travel. Spangle runs across the street, narrowly avoiding a car, and runs over to Bruce, calling his name. However, one of his pursuers fires a dart into his neck. Before he passes out, Spangle tells Bruce to tell Ava Kirk that her father is still alive. Bruce sees the two figures briefly before they slip away into the shadows. He checks Spangle’s tablet and sees a photo of a man with a young girl... read more.

1x17: Monsters recap: At a bodega in Old Gotham, two armor-suited villains tear up the place and tell him to move on. The lights suddenly go out and the villains search the aisles for their attacker. Someone takes out their spotlights and the two crooks open fire into the darkness. The figure leaps over the counter and into the darkness, and the robbers continue firing. He finally knocks out one of them and the other robber opens fire again. The store owner watches as his rescuer takes out the second robber... read more.

1x16: Nexus recap: Mayor Marion Grange is preparing to leave her office for the night and her assistant Karen tells her that there’s a proposal from the DA’s office for a special crime unit fighting. The unit is to deal with the rise in vigilante crimes. Grange figures that Harvey Kent, an anti-Batman DA, is the one behind it and notes that Harvey used the blackout six months ago to get himself elected to office.
