Who was the loser that created this show anyway? All they did was make 10-year-old out of Beavis & Butt-Head. Even Beavis & Butt-Head were clean compaired to this disgusting show. I hate the way Joe Tabootie and The Bullnerd constantly torment poorRudy & Penny, and they usually get away with it. What is that supposed to teach our children, bullies always win? As far as I am concerned, this has to be by far the absolute worst cartoon Nickelodeon has ever produced. I unquestionly hate this show with every atom of my soul, and there are very few cartoons that I do hate.
