The owner, Billy Bonright, bought the hotel and its 19 rooms, but despite the fact it's only a few hundred yards from the beach and the surfers, it's losing money. The hotel includes the Rock Bottom Bar, which is notorious in Puerto Rico for how loud and rowdy it is.
