  China Beach-The Truth And The TragedyRating: 2 likes, 0 dislikesChina Beach was the perhaps the best drama ever presented about the true horrors of the Vietnam War and its affects on the lives of the soldiers and civilians involved. Week after week, the war was brought front and center into American homes by master storyteller,John Sacret Young. The war was seen through the eyes of central character Nurse Colleen McMurphy,played with Emmy winning intensity by Dana Delany. The supporting cast also included Jeff Kober as soldier Evan "Dodger"Winslow,an enigmatic loner who represented the lost youth of his generation.
