Chip and Dale find themselves trapped on a pirate ship while trying to investigate what a group of pirate rats were searching for, which means that the other Rescue Rangers must come to their rescue.

2 :01x03 - Catteries Not Included (Mar/06/1989)
The Rescue Rangers are eavesdropping in the police station in hopes of finding a case to investigate, and when a little girl reports a stolen cat, they decide that it’s the right one for them to take. They soon make their way to cat alley, where abandoned cats are known to roam, and they find the evidence they need to put them on the right track.

3 :01x04 - Dale Beside Himself (Mar/12/1989)
A group of aliens have been vacationing on Earth, but when they realize it’s time to leave, one of the aliens decides to switch places with Dale in order to remain on the planet. Dale is sent up to the space ship, much to his dismay, while the alien transforms himself into Dale and tries to masquerade in with the Rescue Rangers, though can the Rescue Rangers figure out what happened to Dale before it’s too late?

4 :01x05 - Flash the Wonder Dog (Mar/19/1989)
Fat Cat has always had a grudge against dogs and he launches a plan to ruin the career of Flash, a dog who has his own television program. Later, when the Rescue Rangers hear that the network is replacing Flash with a cockatoo, they decide to investigate in order to figure out what happened, as well as to find a way to restore Flash to his rightful place.

5 :01x06 - Out to Launch (Mar/26/1989)
The Rescue Rangers decide to go witness the launch of a space shuttle, since each launch is a historic event. However, when Chip and Dale get stuck inside of a space suit and get launched into space, the other Rescue Rangers must build their own rocket in order to get Chip and Dale back home.

6 :01x07 - Kiwi's Big Adventure (Apr/02/1989)
The Rescue Rangers are distraught when their Ranger Plane is stolen by a group of kiwi birds, who are incapable of flight and wish to study the plane in order to learn the secrets that it contains. However, the rangers realize that they’ll need to get their plane back in order to get back home, though the kiwi birds have other plans in mind. Meanwhile, Dale decides to fake an injury in hopes of receiving Gadget’s affections.

7 :01x08 - Adventures in Squirrelsitting (Apr/09/1989)
The Rescue Rangers are attempting to retrieve a stolen object from Fat Cat, but when they inadvertently cause havoc in a single mother’s home, they agree to watch her two children while she cleans up the mess. However, things take a turn for the worse when Tammy, the oldest of the two squirrel children, falls in love with Chip and attempts to infiltrate Fat Cat’s lair in an attempt to prove her worth.

8 :01x09 - Pound of the Baskervilles (Apr/16/1989)
The Rescue Rangers find themselves at a strange estate when their plane is forced to make an emergency landing. However, when Chip realizes that the home belongs to one of his favorite authors, he ventures inside in order to see what he can. He soon discovers that there is a legal battle taking place and the house is scheduled to be demolished unless the will can be found, proving that the estate belongs to the author of his favorite stories, rather than the author’s older brother. The Rescue Rangers decide to help Chip find the will, though with time working against them, they’ll have to work hard in order to triumph.

9 :01x10 - Risky Beesness (Apr/23/1989)
The queen of a beehive pleads with the Rescue Rangers to investigate what happened to her colony, as they suddenly stopped working and flew away one day. They accept her request and pledge to do everything they can to get her family back safely, though they soon discover that the bees are being used as part of a villain’s nefarious plan.
 
10 :01x11 - Three Men and a Booby (Apr/30/1989)
The Rescue Rangers must attempt to track down a man who stole the egg of a rare bird, as the bird’s mother is distraught and isn’t sure if she can survive knowing her baby is unsafe.

11 :01x12 - The Carpetsnaggers (May/07/1989)
The Rescue Rangers save the life of a dog who found himself trapped on the top of a skyscraper, as he claimed that his doghouse suddenly started flying. While investigating his claims, they realize that there have been many reports of flying objects all across town, so they decide to track one down and see just where it goes.

12 :01x13 - Bearing Up Baby (May/14/1989)
A bear in the woods decides to take care of a baby who wasn’t being watched properly by his parents, but when the baby’s father deems the bear a threat, he rallies together a hunting party in order to track the bear down and end it’s life. Now, the Rescue Rangers must work to save the bear’s life, as he shouldn’t be punished for trying to do the right thing.

13 :01x14 - Parental Discretion Retired (May/21/1989)
Monterey Jack’s father, Cheddarhead Charlie, decides to visit the Rescue Rangers’ base in order to see what his son has been up to. However, when Fat Cat launches his newest scheme, the Rescue Rangers realize that his father is merely getting in the way. Upset to learn this fact, Charlie decides to prove that he still has it in him to save the day.

14 :02x01 - To The Rescue (1) (Sep/11/1989)
Chip and Dale have always been infatuated with police work, though they’re shocked and dismayed when their friend and mentor, a police dog at a police station, is locked away with his partner on charges of stealing a rare ruby. When the two friends speak with the old dog, they’re told that they’ve been framed. In an attempt to bring justice to light, Chip and Dale decide to set out on a quest in order to find the ruby and get their friend released.

15 :02x02 - To the Rescue (2) (Sep/12/1989)
Chip and Dale are still pursuing Fat Cat in an attempt to retrieve the rare ruby and prove their friend’s innocence. Their quest soon leads them to a fishing vessel, where they encounter a large mouse named Monterey Jack, and a fly named Zipper. The two groups of friends don’t get along very well, but they soon realize that they have a mutual enemy in Fat Cat. However, will they be able to figure out where Fat Cat has gone, before the trail grows cold?

16 :02x03 - To the Rescue (3) (Sep/13/1989)
Fat Cat has managed to escape via helicopter to Glacier Bay, leaving Chip and Dale without a way to find him and retrieve the ruby. However, Monterey Jack recommends that they go see his old friend, Geegaw Hawkwrench, who he believes should be able to fly them to Glacier Bay. However, when the four of them head to find Geegaw, they find his daughter, Gadget, instead. Gadget offers to fly them to their location, and the five new friends venture off to distribute their own personal justice.

17 :02x04 - To the Rescue (4) (Sep/14/1989)
The five friends find themselves heading back towards the city when they fail to succeed at Glacier Bay, as Norton Nimnul has floated a glacier towards town so that he can use it as part of a larger scheme. However, they soon become shocked when Chip and Dale discover that their friend has been sent to the pound, and is scheduled to be put to sleep. Now, they’ll have to work faster than ever to retrieve the ruby and prove his innocence, though internal conflicts within their fledgling group soon prove to put their mission in jeopardy.

18 :02x05 - To the Rescue (5) (Sep/15/1989)
The five friends finally discover the true plot of the villains. Aldrin Chlordane and Norton Nimnul plan on using a vast quantity of water to create a large gelatin mold, which they can then use to create massive earthquakes underneath the city. Once they do so, they’ll be able to break into just about any building they want, and destroy those who oppose them. The five friends realize that they’re the only ones who can stop them, and so the Rescue Rangers are officially established as they hope to save the day.

19 :02x06 - A Lad in a Lamp (Oct/03/1989)
Monterey Jack is ecstatic when he finds a genie’s lamp, though he soon alienates his friends when he claims that they’re only interested in his lamp and wish to take it away from him. In order to protect it, he leaves the Rescue Rangers’ base and makes a wish, though the genie tricks him into switching places with him. Now, with Monterey Jack stuck inside of the lamp, he’ll have to rely on the friends he alienated in order to get back out, though things take a turn for the worse when Fat Cat finds the lamp and forces him to do his bidding.

20 :02x07 - The Luck Stops Here (Oct/06/1989)
Gadget has accidentally trapped herself in the briefcase of an inventor who hasn’t been able to create anything, though she soon cares about the inventor’s plight when she realizes just how hard his life has recently been. However, when she discovers that the inventor’s pet has actually been sabotaging his inventions, she plans to expose the cat in order to help her new friend succeed. Unfortunately, she can’t do that alone, and can only bide time until the Rescue Rangers come to her rescue.

21 :02x08 - Battle of the Bulge (Oct/09/1989)
Monterey Jack has recently realized that he’s too fat, so he decides to force the rest of the Rescue Rangers into working out along side him. Meanwhile, Fat Cat is planning to use three fruit bats to steal some jewels from an armored helicopter before it can reach its destination. When the Rescue Rangers learn of this, they move out to foil his scheme, though can they convince Monterey Jack to stop obsessing over his weight?

22 :02x09 - Ghost of a Chance (Oct/10/1989)
Fat Cat has developed a plan to steal the Crown Jewels of Britain from the Tower of London, though the Rescue Rangers are hot on his trail and plan to foil his scheme. Later, they encounter the ghost of Monterey Jack’s ancestor and discover that Monterey Jack needs to perform one brave deed in order to allow his spirit to rest.
 
23 :02x10 - An Elephant Never Suspects (Oct/11/1989)
There has been a peanut shortage at a nearby zoo, so the Rescue Rangers have arrived on the scene in order to help figure out who is responsible. However, when some of the animals accuse them of being responsible for the crime, they now have to work to clear their own names, as well as to bring justice to those responsible for the thefts.

24 :02x11 - Fake Me to Your Leader (Oct/12/1989)
Norton Nimnul has invented a ray that will allow him to zap bugs and force them to grow over a thousand times their normal size, as he wishes to pass them off as aliens and demand a large quantity of gold from the world. When the Rescue Rangers learn of this, they move in to take him down, though things take a turn for the worse when Zipper is zapped by the ray in question.
 
25 :02x12 - Last Train to Cashville (Oct/13/1989)
Dale has stayed up all night watching television, though the next day, he’s forced to do his job when a toy train goes missing from a toy store. However, the Rescue Rangers soon discover that Fat Cat is using the train as part of his plan to transfer golden ingots from a nearby bank. They know they’re in for a challenge, but when Dale starts sleepwalking, the rangers will have to work carefully if they wish to stop Fat Cat without endangering the life of their friend.

The Rescue Rangers are out testing a new vehicle Gadget has made when they encounter a group of cola worshipping mice called the Cola Cult. However, they soon suspect that something isn’t right and decide to investigate them further. Meanwhile, Gadget decides to leave the Rescue Rangers when her latest invention fails, as she feels she is no longer a worthy member of the team.

28 :02x15 - Throw Mummy From the Train (Oct/18/1989)
An archaeologist has found an ancient ring that is said to unlock a gate within the sphinx of Inka-Dinka-Do. However, when his assistant steals the ring and attempts to get the treasure for himself, the Rescue Rangers decide to help the archaeologist out. They’re soon surprised when they discover that a mummy is running amok within the sphinx, as it awoke when the ring was used to open the gate.

29 :02x16 - A Wolf in Cheap Clothing (Oct/19/1989)
Norton Nimnul has created a device that allows him to shape-shift into a wolf, though little does he know that he actually switched bodies with a wolf. The Rescue Rangers learn of this and decide to track him down in order to stop him, though which body should they follow? As a wolf, Norton is robbing people at every opportunity, though the wolf who is stuck in his actual body is drifting the streets downtown.

30 :02x17 - Robocat (Oct/20/1989)
When a robotic cat is destroyed and tossed aside, Gadget decides to take him home in order to repair and reprogram him to be a good individual. However, when Fat Cat learns of the robots existence, he schemes to capture the cat in order to turn it back into a bad guy, so that it can capture the rangers. Gadget doesn’t plan on letting that happen, though, as she fervently believes that the robot should be allowed to have free will.

31 :02x18 - Does Pavlov Ring a Bell (Nov/02/1989)
Norton Nimnul has decided to train a group of lab rats to find their way through a maze, in hopes that he can use them in the sewers to find his way to a secret entrance to one of the city’s biggest banks. When the Rescue Rangers learn of this, they decide to do everything they can to stop him, as they don’t like to see their fellow animals get abused.

32 :02x19 - Prehysterical Pet (Nov/03/1989)
Dale is surprised to discover a tiny dinosaur and decides to show it to the other Rescue Rangers, though they’re shocked to discover that it appears to be growing in size. Despite their objections, Dale befriends it, though when the dinosaur grows large enough to garner the attention of the rest of the world, he encourages the Rescue Rangers to help save his new friend so he can live a happy life.

33 :02x20 - A Creep in the Deep (Nov/13/1989)
Many ships have been attacked on the high seas, so the Rescue Rangers decide to investigate. They soon discover that Captain Finn is responsible, as he blames mankind for all the problems plaguing the undersea world. Even though he knows what he is doing is wrong, he truly believes that he is doing the right thing for all of his kindred. The lines between being a freedom fight and being a terrorist are easily blurred, and regardless of his motivations, the Rescue Rangers realize that they must stop him before innocent people get hurt.

However, when his nephew Normie borrows the key component of the device, they realize that they now have an opportunity to stop the professor from completing his device.
 
35 :02x22 - Seer No Evil (Nov/15/1989)
The Rescue Rangers are spending time at a carnival when Gadget entices Chip to get his fortune told. However, when the fortuneteller tells him that he’s going to be killed before the next sunrise, the Rescue Rangers attempt to keep Chip out of trouble. However, when one of the carnival workers is revealed to have been stealing from the people who win his games, Chip declares that they should investigate, regardless of what his fate is going to be.

37 :02x24 - When Mice Were Men (Nov/17/1989)
The Rescue Rangers visit a town in Spain where Monterey Jack is considered a hero for defeating a rampaging bull, though he is reluctant to stay, as in reality, he knows that he didn’t defeat the bull in the manner that everybody was told. Now, Monterey Jack must find a way to get out of the situation without damaging his reputation, though when that same bull makes a sudden appearance, his task becomes much more difficult.

The Rescue Rangers decide to investigate a town where all the citizens seem to go sleepwalking at night, though upon looking further, they realize that they’re all working at the local chocolate factory without even knowing it.. Now, the rangers must try to figure out what happened, though they also need to find a way to restore free will to the people who have been affected.

The Rescue Rangers find themselves in Ireland after their vehicle malfunctions, though they’re shocked when they discover a leprechaun. He claims to be the last leprechaun in the world, since all of the other leprechauns have been captured by a banshee, though is his story all that it appears to be?

40 :02x27 - Weather or Not (Nov/22/1989)
Professor Nimnul has just created a weather machine which he is using, as inclement weather makes it easier for him to launch his thefts. Fortunately for the Rescue Rangers, Monterey Jack’s tail has always predicted the weather, and they may just be able to use his innate ability to learn when and where the professor plans to launch his next theft.

41 :02x28 - One Upsman-Chip (Nov/23/1989)
Chip and Dale are trying to one-up each other by seeing who can play the best practical jokes, but when Fat Cat attempts to steal the world’s largest pearl, Chip’s joke inadvertently gets Dale kidnapped by Fat Cat. Now, the Rescue Rangers must work to get their friend back, and to return the pearl back to the tank where it was stolen from.
 
42 :02x29 - Shell Shocked (Nov/24/1989)
The Rescue Rangers decide to visit the beach in order to have a day of relaxation, but when Dale becomes distraught due to Chip’s tight schedule of the day’s events, he becomes the temporary leader of the Rescue Rangers. However, when a group of crabs become distraught when their shells are stolen, Dale must lead the rangers on a journey to figure out what happened, though will he have the leadership experience to do what Chip normally does?

43 :02x30 - Love is a Many Splintered Thing (Dec/18/1989)
Monterey Jack’s former girlfriend, Désirée D'Allure, requests that the Rescue Rangers help her retrieve something that was stolen from her. However, when they realize that she had actually tricked them into committing a crime, they decide to track her down in order to return the object to its rightful owner.

The Rescue Rangers find themselves in China when Dale inadvertently flies the Ranger Wing too close to the jet stream. However, things are made worse when they’re labeled a bad omen by a bird who lives near the emperor, as the emperor has started going crazy shortly after they arrived. Now, the rangers must try to figure out what’s going on, though things become further complicated when the emperor becomes infatuated with Dale.

45 :02x32 - Double O'Chipmunk (Dec/20/1989)
Dale and Zipper have always been fans of spy movies, so the Rescue Rangers decide to help them live their fantasies by playing a role-playing game with them. However, when a real spy gets involved in the mix, Dale must learn the difference between fantasy and reality in order to save his friends and foil the villain’s plan to steal a top secret device.

46 :02x33 - Gadget Goes Hawaiian (Dec/21/1989)
The Rescue Rangers decide to have a vacation on Hawaii when they find themselves there after barely escaping from a giant squid, due to Gadget’s inability to decide on a course of action. However, Gadget later discovers another mouse, Lahwhinie, who looks exactly like her, so the two of them decide to switch places in order to live a happier life. Lahwhinie pretends to be Gadget, and enjoys a vacation with Chip and Dale, though Gadget soon discovers that she has been tricked into going through a group of tests that have killed every individual who attempted it before her. However, Gadget decides to make the most of the opportunity, as she believes that she can prove her worth to herself if she manages to overcome the trials and succeed in her tasks.

47 :02x34 - It's a Bird, It's Insane, It's Dale! (Dec/22/1989)
When a meteor explodes after entering the earth’s atmosphere, Dale and a criminal are both given the power to stretch their bodies as much as they want. Dale, feeling empowered, decides to abandon the Rescue Rangers and become a superhero, but when the criminal who received the same powers starts to steal monuments, Dale finds himself being blamed for the crimes. Now, he’ll have to convince the Rescue Rangers to take him back in and help him find the criminal, lest he’ll have to do hard time for a crime he never committed.

48 :02x35 - Short Order Crooks (Feb/05/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are happy when Monterey Jack announces that he’s going to cook his world famous cheese chowder, though when he enters a diner at night in order to prepare it, he discovers that several criminals are also using the diner in order to tunnel into the vault of a nearby bank. Now, the Rescue Rangers must stop the criminals, all the while hoping that Monterey Jack will be able to make their favorite dish.

49 :02x36 - Mind Your Cheese and Q's (Feb/06/1990)
After Monterey Jack almost gets his friends killed when he chooses to chase cheese instead of helping them, he decides to give up cheese forever. However, when he learns that Rat Capone is stealing all of the cheese in the city, thus giving him an exclusive monopoly when selling it to other mice, Monterey Jack rallies the rangers to stop him, as he knows just how far some mice will go in order to get their cheese.

50 :02x37 - Out of Scale (Feb/08/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are stunned when they discover that a group of criminals have been stealing entire buildings, which doesn’t seem to be possible. However, upon further investigation, they realize that Professor Nimnul’s Gigantico Gun is being used in reverse to shrink the buildings down, so that the criminals can later retrieve the contents without being noticed. Now, the rangers must try to stop the criminals, though they soon find themselves with their own dilemma to deal with.

51 :02x38 - Dirty Rotten Diapers (Feb/19/1990)
The Rescue Rangers have been torn up during their latest attempt to solve a crime, so Gadget decides to force the group to adopt a non-violence policy, which should prevent them from getting hurt in the future. Their new policy is soon put to the test when they learn of a recent string of crimes, and when they investigate, they discover that the man responsible is a very tiny individual who acts as a baby. He pretends to have been abandoned by at a family’s doorstep, and when they take him in, he robs them blind in the middle of the night. Now, the rangers must try to take the criminal down, all the while avoiding any violent confrontations.

A woman is trying to become a witch through using a magical spell she found, though she needs certain ingredients. She decides to send three of her animals, a python, a tarantula and a bat, out to get the ingredients. The Rescue Rangers soon learn of this and they plan on doing whatever they can to foil her scheme, though things become complicated when the bat, Foxglove, falls in love with Dale and isn’t sure where she should place her loyalties.

53 :02x40 - Pie in the Sky (Feb/22/1990)
The Rescue Rangers decide to help a lost bird who is looking for her group, though when they start to investigate, they discover that the birds have been kidnapped by a chicken pie factory who plans to use the birds instead of chickens, in an attempt to save money. Now, the rangers must shut down the operation and free all of the birds, lest their new friend will never be able to find her way home.

54 :02x41 - Le Purrfect Crime (Mar/19/1990)
The Rescue Rangers head to Paris when they hear rumors that dogs are fleeing the city in large numbers. However, once they arrive, they quickly learn that the rumors are true, and that Fat Cat’s cousin is the one responsible for the incident.

55 :02x42 - When You Fish Upon a Star (Mar/21/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are investigating a large number of shipwrecks that have been taking place near an island, though when they go to investigate, they discover that Fat Cat is responsible. He has been using fireflies in order to deceive sailors into sailing their ships in the wrong direction, which in turn sinks the ships when they hit the barrier reef. Now, the rangers need to find a way to put an end to his plans before even more people get hurt.

56 :02x43 - Rest Home Rangers (Mar/22/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are trying to stop Professor Nimnul when he uses one of his devices to age Monterey Jack several years, causing him to become an old man. Now, they must try to track him down in order to get the device and restore Monterey Jack back to his right age, before it’s too late to reverse.

57 :02x44 - A Lean on the Property (Apr/16/1990)
Monterey Jack’s mother has come to visit her son, and even though she is legendary in the world and is deeply respected by the other Rescue Rangers, Monterey Jack feels that she never treated him with the respect he feels he deserves. Meanwhile, Fat Cat decides to enlist the help of moles, as he wishes to destroy the foundation of the city in order to drive everybody out.
 
58 :02x45 - The Pied Piper Power Play (Apr/23/1990)
Professor Nimnul has hypnotized a bunch of animals to run in some specially designed wheels, which power a generator that gives him access to an unlimited and free source of energy. When the Rescue Rangers learn of his foul treatment of animals, they decide to do everything they can to foil his scheme and free their fellow kindred.
 
59 :02x46 - Gorilla My Dreams (May/01/1990)
The Rescue Rangers decide to investigate some thefts when they realize that a gorilla named Ku-Ku is responsible. However, when the gorilla tells them that he had no choice but to commit the crimes, as Fat Cat is holding his pet kitten hostage, they decide to infiltrate Fat Cat’s lair in an attempt to get the cat back to its rightful owner.

60 :02x47 - The SS Drainpipe (May/02/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are testing one of Gadget’s latest inventions when they discover that a large quantity of model ships has been stolen. Upon further investigation, they realize that the ships were taken into the sewer; they soon discover that Rat Capone is using the ships, in addition to slave labor, to build himself a new castle. Meanwhile, Dale is suffering from a lack of self esteem and decides to emulate his cartoon hero in order to be more important amongst his fellow rangers.

61 :03x01 - Zipper Come Home (Sep/10/1990)
Zipper decides to leave the Rescue Rangers in order to lead a group of water beetles, but when the rangers discover that the beetles plan on sacrificing their friend in order to appease a giant frog, they decide to get involved in order to resolve the situation without any deaths.

62 :03x02 - Puffed Rangers (Sep/18/1990)
The Rescue Rangers decide to investigate when children aren’t receiving their promised toys inside cereal boxes, though they soon discover that the toys aren’t actually toys. A company in China has been smuggling real cars into the United States by shrinking them down and importing them inside of cereal boxes, only to extract when they’re stateside. Now, they must find a way to shut down their operation and restore the company to its rightful owner.

63 :03x03 - A Fly in the Ointment (Sep/26/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are trying to stop Norton Nimnul, who has recently developed a way to escape from the police by traveling through phone lines using his modemizer. However, when Zipper chases him into his machine, their DNA is mixed together and they switch bodies, much to their dismay. Now, the rangers must work with their longtime enemy in order to get them back to normal, though things take a turn for the worse then the modemizer suddenly malfunctions again, causing the rest of the rangers to switch bodies as well.

64 :03x04 - A Chorus Crime (Nov/05/1990)
The Rescue Rangers are going to a local theater when they get separated, as Monterey Jack and Zipper are more interested in a shipment of cheddar. However, when the play gets cancelled, and the ship carrying the cheddar sinks into the ocean, they each launch their own investigations to figure out what happened. All evidence points towards Baffin Island, where Norton Nimnul is exploiting the local penguins in his latest evil scheme.

65 :03x05 - They Shoot Dogs, Don't They? (Nov/19/1990)
Canina LaFur and Monterey Jack have been stranded in Taxidermia as part of Zsa Zsa Labrador’s plan to become the new star sensation in Hollywood. The Rescue Rangers must work fast in order to rescue Canina and Monterey Jack, as in Taxidermia, it’s always hunting season and any animal is legal to shoot.
