Chris pays a visitto the Brixton home of Dave and Rich, who are cooking that Great British favourite, a roast lamb dinner, for their friends. Ben takes a look at the the kitchen and offers advice on how to cook the lamb and vegetables safely.

poor presenter knowledgeRating: 1 likes, 0 dislikes ok, so your a tv presenter- and all you have to do is present tv programmes. But- if you're going to preach to the nation and critisise food establishments about the importance of food safety , then you need to practice what you preach and know your stuff- going on a basic food hygiene course would be a good start! An obvious tell tale sign that you do not have a clue what you are talking about is giving a demo on food safety and using a blue chopping board for preparing raw meat!! wtf!!
