Numbah 86, voiced by Jennifer Hale
Numbah 86, aka Frances Fullbright is the red-haired Scottish-accented head of Decommisioning. Frequently sporting a Colander for her headpeice, Frances is always quick to assume command of an urgent feild mission, regardless of whenever or not the agents want her prescense. 86 is rude, condescending, demanding, opinonated, and braggy, traits she most likly inherited from her father, KND enemy Mr. Boss.
She seems to have almost no stomach for boys, preferring to favour the accomplishments of the female members
However, it is these same arrgorant traits that lead to her downfall, on several occasions she has botched missions carefully prepared by the senior KND commander Numbah 362 (even accidently capturing her), and for all of her posture and aggresive approach to the mission, it takes small things like Toenail clippings to force her to quiver in fear.
Frances is one of the most despised KND members in the organisation, and she also does'nt help her case. Her closest freinds are Numbah Three and Numbah Twelve, but the trecherous actions of the latter soon reduced that list to one. She does have feelings for Wally Beagles, Numbah Four, but has since tried flirting with agents such as Numbah 19th Century, but his decommisioning regretfully put her right back to where she began, stuck with the least loved job, with the least freinds. |
