Handcuffed to him, Nigel is made a reluctant passenger as Chad makes his escape with the intent of disrupting the peace conference.
Meanwhile, the treaty goes ahead aboard the KND skyship, but will the friendly sound of victory literally be the sound of war drums all over again?
