It is three weeks after the escape and there has been a shake up at Colditz.

Episode Quotes

Hauptmann Ulman: (Menacingly) We are going to talk, Mr. Player. We shall talk all night if necessary. And tomorrow. And the next night as well. And so on.
Dick Player: (Resignedly) Well, there's not much else to do.

Kommandant: (to Major Mohn) Might I enquire whether the Führer sought your opinion? (about the four escaped British POWs).
Mohn: Yes, sir. The subject was being discussed after dinner one night and he asked me what I thought.
Kommandant: And what was your view?
Mohn: I said that if the prisoners could be made to understand that we should no longer treat them with kid gloves - that if, for example, we were forced to fire that we should shoot to kill. Then presumably such summary executions would no longer be necessary.
Kommandant: And what was the Führer's reaction?
Mohn: He was kind enough to say that as a fighting soldier my compassionate suggestion should be treated with respect. (fanatically) - He's a great man, sir. He's a wonderful man!!
