The series marks the hundredth anniversary of the world’s most famous maritime disaster, the sinking of the Titanic, that happened in April 1912. The series follows an entire society as the ship travels towards the iceberg.

The Titanic strikes the iceberg and panic follows. As the women and children get into the lifeboats, Georgiana and Harry enjoy the few remaining moments they have left together. Watson is given by Barnes a parting gift that will change her life for ever. Paolo attempts desperately to save his brother whilst Jim looks for his daughter. As the boat begins to sink, the following few hours will decide who will live and who will be lost forever.
