Cop Rock

Cop Rock

Cop Rock, a short-lived series from producer Steven Bochco, was an hour-long police drama musical. In each episode, the force would track down a criminal with a mix of song and dance throughout the episode. Cop Rock was an innovative idea, being one of the first shows to use a Broadway musical format. However, due to high production costs and low ratings, Cop Rock was cancelled after only one season.
