The Neighbors (2012)

Marty and Debbie Weaver decide to move their family into a beautiful gated community in the suburbs in hopes of a better life. They soon discover their neighbors are not normal. All of the residents of the community have names of famous sports stars. The leader of the community is called Larry Bird, and the Weavers quickly learn that their new neighbors are in fact aliens, from the planet Zabvron. The aliens have been on earth for 10 years, keeping themselves isolated until they receive further instructions from Zabvron. The arrival of the Weavers provide them the opportunity to learn about humans, and the Weavers soon learn that they too can learn from the aliens.
