Avenida Brasil

This soap opera tells a story of a young orphan girl, Nina, in search of justice. As a child she lost everything due to a scam planned by Carminha, her stepmother. Years later, Nina is ready to face her enemy.

‘Avenida Brasil’ which is written by João Emanuel Carneiro (‘Cat’s Cradle’) and directed by Ricardo Waddington (‘The Favorite’), has received good reviews from the Brazilian press and has conquered audiences with its witty language and its impeccable scenes.

The cast includes Murilo Benício and Eliane Giardini (‘The Clone’), Cauã Reymond and Vera Holtz (Passione’), Alexandre Borges (‘The Buzz’), Heliosa Perissé (‘Cat’s Cradle’), José de Abreu (‘Forbidden Desire’) Ísis Valverde (‘India – A Love Story’) and Carolina Ferraz (‘The illusionist’), among others.
