Cybil Shepherd returned to series television in this sitcom which ran for four seasons on CBS in the mid-90's. The series was about the personal and professional foibles of struggling actress Cybil Sheridian (Shepherd). Christine Baranski won acclaim (and most of the laughs) playing best friend Maryann Thorpe.
