"Family Arkan" secret organization which has mysterious powers (a kind of mafia), it is located on a small island in the Mediterranean and is well protected from pirates and foreign countries and other threats. The head of a major mafia decides to retire, handing control of the most decent of the 10 clans that are in his organization. Like a fairy-tale king, he decides to fight the winner of which will receive the "crown" the head of the Mafia, and in addition, the hand of his beautiful daughter, Felicia.
