In order to make Binkie Muddlefoot shut up, Drake Mallard unwittingly signs up for Adopt-A-Con, a criminal reform program. Saddled with none other than that delinquent director Tuskernini as a houseguest, Drake sets out to find out what the ham director is up to. And Tuskernin is definitely up to something- He's disguising himself as the other villains to commit crimes.
