|
F.O.W.L. rebuilds Taurus Bulba into an evil death robot, hoping to create a new agent from him. Bulba refuses their offer and only wants to get revenge on Darkwing. Unfortunately, Gosalyn and Honker run into Bulba. Darkwing, who has two broken legs and is confined to a wheelchair from his last crime-busting, must use every ounce of cunning and expertise to stop the Steerminator.
