Drew and Jonathan come up with a plan to secure everyone's future. In order to sell their current house at a premium, Jonathan tackles a much-needed update and uncovers a potentially lethal hazard in the process. Meanwhile, Drew promises to find the couple a perfect new family home, but that means downsizing their expectations and compromising on location.
