Homeowners Jim and Jennifer Short want to transform their plain office into a masculine room for Jim that can also functionally double as a comfortable room for guests. First and foremost, overnight guests need a place to sleep and the walls and closet doors need to be dressed with color and textures to warm the room. Since it's primarily an office, the room should reflect Jim's taste. The Design on a Dime team transforms the white room into a golf-themed gentleman's lounge to house both Jim's office and out of town guests, all for $1,000.
