Halloween Block Party

HGTV's Halloween Block Party takes three homes in a neighborhood and pairs the homeowners up with three designers. The goal? They get three days (or nights!) to create the their version of the perfect haunted house. The winning home, as judged by a panel of neighbors, wins the title of spookiest house on the block as well as a cash prize, along with the bragging rights that go with it. (Source: HGTV)
