Greg's stress causes Dharma to become concerned. She decided to invite Greg to her Yoga class in an effort to remedy his stress. When Pete and Greg get into a contest on who is better at Yoga, Greg injuries his groin muscle and is forced to take off from work. Meanwhile Larry approaches Ed about selling tapes of Dharma's Yoga class.

Greg: And do nothing?
Dharma: Yeah, you're right, it's probably too advanced for you.
Greg: Hey, wait a minute. I can do nothing.
Dharma: It's a lot harder than it looks.
Greg: Oh, please. I'll bet you I can do absolutely nothing all day.
Dharma: I'll bet you you can't do it without making a bet.
Greg: You're on.
Dharma: I just won.
