Dharma and Greg receive a call from the hospital in which they find Pete has dislocated both shoulders. Dharma decides that he wants Pete to stay over at their house until he is well again. After Dharma goes to Pete's house to get his cat and other necessities she finds that Pete lives a very empty life. After that she is determined to help Pete recover both Physically and Spiritually. Meanwhile Kitty helps Abby's save the ducks fundraiser by throwing her a celebrity charity dinner to raise much more money than Abby's planned bake but things go terribly wrong.
