Episode Notes

New version of the theme song.

Mary Ann Mobley took over the role as Maggie since DIxie Carter moved on to CBS's Designing Women. This was the only role recasted.

The series would air its final season on ABC, the same network that took the plot of the series to create Webster, which had higher ratings despite having only a six year run.
