Recap

At the convention center, DemiDevimon informs Myotismon that he has found the eighth child. After putting all the children to sleep, DemiDevimon then departs with Myotismon, just as Tai and Agumon arrive. The two run into a group of Bakemon, but Agumon digivolves into Greymon and easily destroy them. The duo then meets up with Mimi, who was protected from DemiDevimon by her crest.
As Wizardmon reveals to Joe, TK, and Patamon that Kari is the eighth child, Izzy, Tentomon, and Matt's father meet up with Matt, Garurumon, Sora, Garudamon, and the injured Lillymon. A few moments later, Joe, Zudomon, TK, Patamon, and Wizardmon arrive. Seeing what Myotismon did to Lillymon, Wizardmon restores her to normal. He then tells the rest of the group that Kari is the eighth child.
Later, the group arrives at the TV station. Seeing Myotismon arrive with Gatomon, they begin to go inside. However, Snimon and Tuskmon return. Garurumon digivolves into WereGarurumon, and as the Ultimates battle the evil digimon, the rest run inside. Tai and Mimi soon arrive on Greymon's back.
In the TV station, Myotismon prepares to destroy Kari and Gatomon. However, after Tentomon digivolves into Kabuterimon, he and Lillymon blast at Myotismon, who easily deflects their attacks with his breath. After blasting a hole in the ceiling, Myotismon takes Kari and Gatomon to the roof. Kabuterimon digivolves into MegaKabuterimon and is then joined on the roof by WereGarurumon, Garurumon, and Zudomon. They attack, but he is too powerful for them. However, Wizardmon lands a powerful hit on him and tosses Kari her tag and crest. Angry, Myotismon blasts him into a wall.
Myotismon demands that Kari give him her tag and crest, but she refuses. Tai then arrives and throws her her digivice. However, DemiDevimon snatches it away from her! At Myotismon's orders, Phantomon begins to attack. Greymon digivolves into MetalGreymon, forcing Phantomon to retreat to his master. All the Ultimates then attack, but Myotismon easily stops their blasts!
As Myotismon begins to launch an attack, Patamon digivolves into Angemon. Using his Hand of Fate, he destroys Phantomon and badly injures Myotismon. Myotismon then attempts to use his Grisly Wing on Kari, but Wizardmon sacrifices himself to save her. As he is dying, Kari's digivice activates, causing DemiDevimon to drop it. Tai throws it to Kari, and when she catches it, Gatomon digivolves into her Ultimate form of Angewomon!
Using her Heaven's Charm, Angewomon weakens Myotismon and restores the strength of all the other digimon. They then all donate their power to her, and she destroys Myotismon with her Celestial Arrow! However, as the gang celebrates, TK and Kari notice that the fog is getting stronger, prompting Joe to realize that Myotismon may still be out there...
