Phantasmagoric Sakkakumon - Recap

After the gang watches as Sakkakumon retreats, Takuya tries contacting Koji. However, he gets no response. Before they can go searching, Sakkakumon emerges from the sky and is glowing! As Duskmon manages to escape Koji/Beowulfmon, Sakkakumon taunts the gang, claiming he now has more power than ever before. He then begins firing at them with their own attacks! Takuya retaliates by Fusion Evolving into Aldamon. Unfortunately, Seraphimon's power has been all used up, preventing the rest of the gang from Fusion Evolving, so they Spirit Evolve instead.
When Sakkakumon attacks Tommy/Kumamon with his own ice powers, the gang questions how he can do that. Sakkakumon explains that while they were inside of him, he studied their attacks, allowing him to now mirror them! The gang tries attacking, but he merely reflects all of their attacks back. They then Beast Spirit Evolve, but Sakkakumon is still too powerful. Takuya/Aldamon proposes attacking him at the same time, and they do so. However, Sakkakumon once again easily deflects all their attacks.
The gang decides to retreat, but Sakkakumon surrounds them with his spheres. They manage to escape and then run into a tunnel, but he follows them like a snake. After coming to a dead end in a cavern, the gang has no choice but to face him. However, before they can attack, Sakkakumon stops glowing, leaving them in complete darkness. Each of them then begins remembering a time when they were alone in the dark. Sakkakumon makes them have major doubts and fears, but Takuya/Aldamon gets them to trust the digimon inside of them, thereby giving them sharpened senses.
After Takuya/Aldamon tells the gang that using all their attacks together will allow them to win, Sakkakumon reappears. They begin mixing their attacks, preventing him from copying them. As Sakkakumon angrily fires off random attacks, Takuya/Aldamon notices that Sakkakumon has never attacked them from his center sphere. Takuya/Aldamon then realizes that the center sphere is where he is storing the data he has collected. While the rest of the gang distracts Sakkakumon, Takuya/Aldamon attacks the center sphere. After Sakkakumon's fractal code appears, Takuya/Aldamon takes it. Unknown to the gang, the shadow of Cherubimon appears above them and states that he now must dissolve the seal.
