Martha Stewart’s Cooking School

In this new series, Martha Stewart will conduct a culinary master class for American home cooks each week. The show is inspired by her best-selling book Martha Stewart’s Cooking School: Lessons and Recipes for the Home Cook.

In each 30-minute episode, Martha will demonstrate classic cooking basics and techniques. Using her signature step-by-step, how-to teaching process, Martha will illustrate the building blocks of recipes everyone should know, from roasting and poaching to braising and blanching. She’ll show the viewer how to select the best ingredients, make the perfect pot roast, pan sauté a whole fish and create stocks – essential for delicious sauces and soups. In addition, every episode will feature Martha’s tips and tricks, inspiring and educating home cooks everywhere.
