Down and Out in Beverly Hills

Mike the Dog is back, and he has his own new comedy series on the Fox Broadcasting Company network .The show is named after Mike's hit movie, Down and Out in Beverly Hills, and he plays the same role: Matisse, the neurotic pooch. Aside from Mike, only Evan Richards returns, as young Max Whiteman. Mike's new co-stars are Héctor Elizondo as Dave Whiteman, the clothes-hanger tycoon; Anita Morris as Dave's wife Barbara; Eileen Seeley as Jenny Whiteman; and Tim Thomerson as Jerry, the bum who moves in with Mike's family and changes their lives. April Ortiz plays Carmen, the family maid.
