Artha Penn used to be a normal teenager. Then an accident at the family stables and the disappearance of his father gives him some new responsibilities. Artha is given a piece of armor from an Ancient Dragon Priest named Mortis, and is told that he is the Dragon Booster, a person who is to stop the coming dragon-human war.
Intro:

Once they were our equals.
Today, humans control dragons.
To race, compete, and fight.
Nearly 200 miles per hour.
