Episode Notes
$10 Bets - Mike bets Ed to order a Shirley Temple when he goes out with Bonnie Hane for drinks.
Later in the episode Nancy and Molly spoof the $10 bets. Nancy plays Mike, and challenges Molly, as Ed, to call their waitress "fancy pants".
Letterman Reference - Ed's client, Gary, uses the word "gesphyncto" as a synonym for fired. This word was invented by David Letterman.
Where's Phil? - Phil says he will pack Stuckeybowl "tighter than a Brazilian soccer stadium" with a Meet the Gang from Happy Days Night. When he can't hire the original cast, he hires a set of "Happy Days" impersonators, including an African-American Fonzie.
