Episode Summary

Donnie, in an attempt to look smarter, purchases an instructional video to help him achieve his goal. Louis and Twitty want Ren to win a contest so that they can meet their favorite weatherman Zippy Winds, while Ren would be able to meet her idol, reporter Cynthia Mills. When they do meet her, Donnie learns something about her that Ren had not known.
