| The Tale of The Frog Prince |
|
Released On: August 03, 2004 Region: 1 Production Company: Starmaker II
Description: A spoiled princess learns that beauty is not skin deep-especially when it's green and slimy-in this hysterical retelling of the classic fairy tale directed by Monty Python's Eric Idle.
As far as the Princess (Tootsie's Teri Garr) is concerned, none of the princes in the land are good enough for her-she's holding out for a king. When her golden ball falls down a well one day, a charming frog (Mrs. Doubtfire's Robin Williams) offers to retrieve it for her in return for dinner and a good night's sleep on her silk pillow. Oh yeah--and a kiss.
The Princess agrees, but has no plans of keeping her promise. However, what she doesn't know is that the frog is a real prince of a guy who just happened to be the victim of an unfortunate spell back when he was young.
All he needs in order to be restored to his princely state is that kiss. Will the Princess help him out?
