Gunslinger follows the adventures of Cord (Tony Young), an undercover agent operating in the 1870s for Captain Zachary Wingate (Preston Foster), the head of Fort Scott, New Mexico. Pico McGuire (Charles Gray) and Billy Urchin (Dee Pollack) are friends of Cord and fellow undercover agents. Also on the show is the owner of the general store, Amby Hollister (Midge Ware).
