Howard gives Joanie an ultimatum: Stop seeing Chachi for two weeks or he won't give her her own phone. Unbeknownst to him, however, Joanie and Chachi sneak out and see a concert in Chicago. However, returning, they must share the honeymoon suite in a motel because it is the only vacant spot there.

The winner has their dream come true, and Marion tells Lori Beth's story in the hopes that she'll win money for her.

This later comes back and bites Fonzie when he finds out the teacher is Marion's nephew Roger Phillips, who has come to Milwaukee to become an English teacher and the Jefferson High basketball coach.
