Episode Summary

When government agent Philip Walden turns up dead, McGarrett must walk in his footsteps, learning what he was investigating, to find his murderer. That eventually leads him to the March Foundation and its strange director Dr. Rathman. The Foundation studies psychology and brainwashing with an eye towards countering them, but a foreign agent may have penetrated and compromised it.
