Someone murders Penny Christie and law enforcement is pretty sure they know who: her husband Philip. But when they put him on trial, McGarrett, a member of the jury, isn't convinced. The lone voice of dissent, he brings his formidable deductive powers to bear, refusing to "go along" until he's convinced logically - or can convince the other jury members to change their opinions.
