Episode Summary

Yoshio Nagata escapes from a psychiatric hospital. Out of touch with reality, he still believes it is 1941. Back then, he was a member of the Black Dragons, a sabotage and terror ring planted by the Japanese in advance of their Pearl Harbor attack. Now, Nagata intends to complete his long ago mission and destroy a fuel depot. And he has a formidable array of ninjutsu skills to help him carry out his mission. If McGarrett can't stop him, half of Honolulu will disappear in a ball of fire!
