A twist on Neil Simon's play and movie of the same name, this show was an all-black version showed two young people who had just married trying to live on a small budget in New York City. Along with couple, Paul and Corie Bratter, were her mother Mabel, Mabel's suitor, a man by the name of Honey, Paul's boss Mr. Kendricks, and the building superintendent Mr. Velasquez.
