Major Tony Nelson is an astronaut. His training mission left him stranded on a deserted beach where he finds a unique bottle. When he pulled out the stopper, out popped Jeannie, a beautiful, yet naive genie. She informs Maj. Nelson that he is now her master, and she can grant any wish he desires. The only person he lets in on the find is his best friend, Maj. Healy. Their quest is to keep Jeannie a secret from all others.
