	Captain Brogard, played by Stephen Papps Captain Brogard is Governor Croque's Captain of the Guard and his right hand man. Brogard is loyal, not to Croque necessarily, but to the position of Governor, who ever may be in that position. He does have a fondness for Emilia as he sees her in an elite status in society. He also can't stand Jack because of Jack's constant smart remarks towards him and he believes Jack to be a peasant. All that doesn't compare for his disdain for The Daring Dragoon who has on numerous occasions defeated him and made him look inept in every plan he devises.
