Governor Croque, played by Stuart Devenie
Croque is the French governor of Pulau Pulau. He is loyal to his brother, Napoleon Bonaparte, but he is having trouble trying to stop the Daring Dragoon from constantly thwarting his plans. He has no clue that Jack and Emilia are behind the resistance on his island and because if that, he routinely gives away his ideas to them thinking that they are behind him. Croque has Captain Brogard as his right hand man and they see eye to eye on most things. He also has to be careful of his wife, Camille, as she thinks that she should be more powerful. |

Captain Brogard, played by Stephen Papps
Captain Brogard is Governor Croque's Captain of the Guard and his right hand man. Brogard is loyal, not to Croque necessarily, but to the position of Governor, who ever may be in that position. He does have a fondness for Emilia as he sees her in an elite status in society. He also can't stand Jack because of Jack's constant smart remarks towards him and he believes Jack to be a peasant. All that doesn't compare for his disdain for The Daring Dragoon who has on numerous occasions defeated him and made him look inept in every plan he devises. |

Jean-Claude, voiced by Shemp Wooley
Jean-Claude is a French carrier parrot that can talk and hold conversations. He routinely delivers secret messages for Jack and Emilia from England and the United States. He's a very charismatic individual who likes the finer things in life from liquor to the females. Without him Jack and Emilia would certainly have a more difficult time completing their missions. |
