Episode Notes
This episode was originally written by Rod Serling as a 'pilot' script for a new anthology show that he hoped to make but the CBS execs at the time weren't keen on the idea, so it was shelved until producer Bert Granet found and then produced an episode from it, which then led to new interest for Serling's anthology show called 'The Twilight Zone'.
