Karen Sisco

Karen Sisco is a short-lived drama/action/crime series that stars Carla Gugino as a United States Federal Marshal posted to Miami’s Gold Coast. Karen Sisco lives near and is occasionally helped by her father, Marshall Sisco (played by Robert Forster), who is a semi-retired private investigator. Amos Andrews, played by Bill Duke, is Karen’s immediate boss with the US Marshall service.

The series is an adaptation of a 1998 movie of the same name, and a 1996 book titled “Out of Sight” by Elmore Leonard. ABC aired seven episodes in the Fall of 2003 before cancelling the series.
